"Having worked for other companies with a positive environment, I was highly surprised to find how petty upper management was. Some were promised raises and were never compensated, even after working for the company for years. Many strove for upward mobility, financial compensation, and other benefits, yet it was very rare for anyone to ever receive a raise or job change. Turnover was very high as well, and sometimes I'd hear yelling amongst staff. Educators were very positive - they made the park come to life. Sadly, they were compensated the least."
