"Mattson Resources has been in the business for about 30+ years. It's a smaller company with about 26 employees with good ethical values. They have a great amount of loyal clienteles who has a great relationship with the company. They could improve on team morale and work culture. There isn't much work and balance, maybe only for the seniorities. There's not much room for bonuses or compensations. Could use some improvement."
