"I have been with Mattress Firm for the last year, and although I do believe it is a great company I would like more growth in an organization. You have the pleasure of helping individuals or families improve their quality of life just by helping them select the perfect sleeping solution. It is slow but I would use this time to read and develop my leadership and selling skills. The only negative is at times you can lose commission on the mistake of deliveries or product not being transferred in a timely manner."
