"I worked for Matthews for just under seven years, I enjoyed the work and the people I worked with. Matthews made a business decision to outsource their SAP support to IBM who is handling it through both US and mainly offshore resources in India. I would have liked to stay working there but it wasn't my decision. They did treat me very well with my separation package and future job hunting efforts."
