"I've worked for MP for almost two years. It is a potential company with good target marketing. Most of the environment are positive inside the company. Strong in software technics but weak in hardware development and execution."
"Worked here for 3 years. Used to be very 'nimble and agile' aka too much like a garage startup. The people here now are the complete opposite. They want to run the company like a 1000 or 2000 person company, when we have only 250 now at the most. So there are too many SOPs. No chance for promotion or growth. No caring about long-term employees. I was laid off without any chance to transfer to a different roles. This shows a total lack of respect for me and everything I've given the company over the last 3 years."
