"This is an older company that is trying to innovate but is stuck in its old habits. For over 2 years I tried bringing user-centered design to the forefront. And instead of letting it’s experts shape the company, they stick with doing whatever leadership wants. It’s micromanaged and my role was misunderstood."

"Excessive turnover in IT management and by key personnel has created a very stressful and untrusting environment. Very long work hours with frequent layoffs continuing."

"Management needs to instill confidence in the staff and focus on stabilization rather than creating fear for performance."
