What don't you like about working at Mattel?

"I don't have anything that I didn't like, perhaps the fact that my working time with them was not long enough. Iwas there for almost three years."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I believe things are handled in a very fair way and things are addressed in a timely and professional manner. I believe we are all treated in a very equal way therefore I don't really have suggestions, I would rather say: thank you for everything."
