"There was little to no flexiblity when it came to your schedule. Schedules were non traditional hours that allowed little time for family, friends and other activities. You were told when to take Lunch, breaks, and even restroom breaks were regulated."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Be more considerate to the needs of your employees especially, single mothers, sense according to their own stats 97% of employees were mothers"
