"Teaching positions have a specific interview process. Learn to interview with a panel of judges/interviewers. They often ask you to present solutions to problems."
What don't you like about working at Golden West College?
"Students often didn't care about the material. They simply took the course as a requirement."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I have little idea how to change their management. It was very well run and my supervisor was a terrific individual. He knew exactly what he was doing."
What do you like about working at University of Wisconsin–Stout?
"Teaching with big classes,the latest technology in showing the lectures and grading system, although it is my standby job position, at a time where there is no engineering jobs."
