"Flawed leadership that think they are all on the bus, but don't have a clue what it means to be on the bus together."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Hire and pay the people that are experienced enough to do the job, not kids right out of college. It is important to maintain the value add that Materus had acquired with Floyd's leadership rather compromise our standards in trying to compete with Kelly."
