"What I realy like about grove world wide was the typ of work I was involved in from the machical aspects as well as the operation . As well as the detailing of machical parts from grinding to the welding aspects which involves flux carbon arc welding as well as gas metal arc welding to material handler . relocating various completed product to there location within the area of operation for completion thats what I found so interesting to Me..."

"Yes my opinion at the time of interview I was ask the most important question within my career . What can I do for you to help you move upward within your career .
