"always chasing fires and did not have the resources to put corrective actions in place. Cash was always tight."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"There was not enough structure and consistancy to develop long term processes. change was the only thing constant. Management philosophy and goals did not flow down, only details and it made it hard to see where the company was going and the big picture. All of management should talk the same talk and then work togethor to make it happen (Walk the Walk)."
