"John Beckstrand is the paragon of servant-leadership. He genuinely cares about his employees and their success. You can feel that when you enter the office spaces or talk with the employees. There are dozens of employee programs and perks that are designed to ensure individuals have high levels of emotional, physical, even spiritual health. There is also an attitude of taking our work seriously but ourselves lightly which is showcased by the enthusiasm they throw into their programming increment themes. e.g you wouldn't be surprised to see the CEO wearing a cape and mask for a superhero themed planning meeting. Come work here and see for yourself."
