5John Beckstrand is the paragon of servant-leadership. He genuinely cares about his employees and their success. You can feel that when you enter the office spaces or talk with the employees. There are dozens of employee programs and perks that are designed to ensure individuals have high levels of emotional, physical, even spiritual health. There is also an attitude of taking our work seriously but ourselves lightly which is showcased by the enthusiasm they throw into their programming increment themes. e.g you wouldn't be surprised to see the CEO wearing a cape and mask for a superhero themed planning meeting.

4.7Great company love working there! Energetic work environment. Sound economics. Open work environment. Good family work balance. The managers care about those who work with them. There is no limit to opportunities to learn more and progress your career. The only reason I can think someone would want to leave this company is to get away from the snow in Salt Lake City. Great company that I am honored to be able to work at.
4.7MasterControl is an industry leader in electronic quality management systems and is inspiring to work for such a fast-growing company. Whether employees are remote or on campus in Salt Lake, they continuously offer ways to enrich the work environment. I personally love the company and the people who work there are all very positive people. Being remote can some times feel lonely and disconnected but we still hold weekly meetings with the team to connect.
