2.4 I was a long term employee who saw manager after manager walk through the doors and then leave or get fired. This company does not care every one is replaceable. They promise wage increases you never see, you don’t get your sales bonuses, head of HR literally shares personal information with other employees and it then gets back to them. The company is so toxic even when the bad is pointed out nothing is done because the regional manager needs to go on another holiday. They set down rules done live by them themselves, you can’t get a T4 they think they are above Canadian law, you can’t get benefits paid for as they don’t have anyone who can fill out a Canadian form correctly, the CEO gets drunk at company functions are shares complaints that have come in on the companies “ private complaint line”, You have toxic managers literally sabotaging employees but they are kept on. The wages DO NOT meet current living standard requirements especially in Canada but they will keep piling on the duties. Just be lucky you have a job. With this company you have management and then scapegoats which is everyone else. Wherever they can take advantage they will if you value sanity do not consider working here. Any new manager who has to go online and state he removed 2 toxic employees please work here speaks for itself. Another great hire!!

3.5 Don't force a fit with someone who has years of experience in fields other than what is needed, for example an outstanding salesperson is not the best pick to lead manufacturing and vice versa.
