"I loved the people and the work I was doing. It was fast pace, time critical. After being there for so long, I was able to grow a very large network of associate and friends."

What don't you like about working at Hexion Specialty Chemicals?

"I was hired by Borden Chemical, which merged with other companies going on three years ago. With this the company really changed and the opportunity for growth disappeared."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I enjoy working with a strong leadership team that will assist when needed or let someone work independently at times."
