"Bad company, the CEO is an incompetent baby who can't take criticism. Employees are overworked, and underpaid. It's like a sweat shop. You work 6 days a week, and if you think you have a Saturday off... nope. They will tell you mandatory Saturday on Friday evening like clockwork. Unrealistic expectations and high turnover just adds to the everyday stress. Customers get treated like garbage, employees get treated like slaves, if you quit they even have the nerve to threaten you telling you you can't work for anyone else but them for 2 years, which is BS and they know it, but they tell everyone that to scare them into staying, because nobody in their right mind would stay at such a bad company, with an incompetent owner by their choice."
