"I've worked at MIT Lincoln Laboratory for the last 3 years. It's an FFRDC with around 5,000 employees with an emphasis on research. MITLL is very flat in structure and strives to be a meritocracy. Their mission is to provide technology in support of national security"

"I've worked for MIT Lincoln Laboratory for 1 year. I find the environment to be exactly what I am looking for. There is great intellectual freedom, and I am given the ability to solve and approach problems my own way. The work is mostly research oriented which is what I prefer. The only complaint I have is that the problems are not extremely interesting to me."
