"Of course they do not offer benefits , which was the only drawback but the position was awesome until I switched managers and was micro managed and my authority was undermined."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Give more authority to experienced auditors. I was very successful getting my foot in the door with people without using the state's boiler plate introductory forms. You get more flies with honey."
