What do you like about working at Masimo?

"Innovation at Masimo is amazing! Cutting edge technology and product lines. Pay is great and most people are great to work with."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Be prepared to be interviewed by managers or peers that really lack the knowledge or experience to be sitting across the table from you. Again, only know Ops area. So if you're in manufacturing or quality...good luck as these areas are the worst, procurement is good, but some of the people are hard to deal with. Warehouse only uses a temps."

What don't you like about working at Masimo?

"Office politics/ agendas and a severe lack of effective leadership. There are more titled managers and directors than staff, so you have an issue where everyone is a manager or director and nothing gets done. Senior management is incapable of sound decision making, more interested in creating their own empires. If you cross the wrong person- your career there is done. Only area in Ops that seems happy or works as a team, is the supply chain and warehouse areas, the management appear to have a clue, not so for the most of Ops. Not sure about other departments - although Engineering runs Masimo."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Put the egos down, roll up the sleeves and let the talent you have lead their areas and make decisions and then hold them accountable."
