"Masimo is a global medical technology company that develops and manufactures innovative noninvasive patient monitoring technologies, including medical devices and a wide array of sensors. I've worked here for approximately 8 years. I enjoyed working with my co-workers, enjoy the work environment, and I felt I've contributed greatly to the growth of this company since my arrival in 2012. The stock price was $22/share and in May 2020, the stock price was $245/share."
"I've worked for Masimo for 2.5 years. It is filled with smart and hardworking people."
"This is a very good company"
"Strong leadership focus on employee development and participation. Focus on learning and development of the individual and team. Company was founded and continues to be lead by engineers so product performance is a high priority."
"It has a great campus and a great cafe."
"Good place to work esp. people are very smart."
"If your name is Mohammed, Ali, Omar and as such, you do very well at Masimo. If your Name is Ali, but you are Baha'i, you get hired, but as soon as they find out you are Baha'i, they will let you go. They expect you to dedicate all your life (including your vacation time) to Masimo, you will not have any time to enjoy your personal life and family. The company CEO is actually cool, but the the executive VPs are not tolerable."
"Masimo is one of the best companies I worked for. Many talented people here that had the chance to work with and learn from."
"Company tries to do great things, but it is too bureaucratic, with too many ego's in middle management to get anything of substance done. Also, forget personal/professional growth, they dont care."

"Too bureaucratic. Too many hands in EVERY cookie-jar. Too much ego."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Return to your roots. This company used to have a great startup culture and a genuine caring for it's employees. Now a public company, the year over year earnings are more important than the original mission: improving patient care. Listen to your engineers! Listen to your little people. They are trying to talk to you!"
