"Masimo is a global medical technology company that develops and manufactures innovative noninvasive patient monitoring technologies, including medical devices and a wide array of sensors. I've worked here for approximately 8 years. I enjoyed working with my co-workers, enjoy the work environment, and I felt I've contributed greatly to the growth of this company since my arrival in 2012. The stock price was $22/share and in May 2020, the stock price was $245/share."

If your Name is Ali, but you are Baha'i, you get hired, but as soon as they find out you are Baha'i, they will let you go. They expect you to dedicate all your life (including your vacation time) to Masimo, you will not have any time to enjoy your personal life and family. The company CEO is actually cool, but the the executive VPs are not tolerable."

"Be prepared for 50/hr work weeks and no professional growth opportunities, but you will be paid well."

"Too bureaucratic. Too many hands in EVERY cookie-jar. Too much ego."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Return to your roots. This company used to have a great startup culture and a genuine caring for it's employees. Now a public company, the year over year earnings are more important than the original mission: improving patient care. Listen to your engineers! Listen to your little people. They are trying to talk to you!"
