"I formed many lasting relationships with my clients and vendors. These were the people that made working at Maryville a rewarding and fulfilling experience."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"IT Consulting and Hardware Sales are the two primary areas of focus within Maryville technologies. Anyone who is interviewing for a job in the training department will need to understand that the company views this as only an extension of these other two ares of focus. Thus, Education will not always be a primary focus."

What don't you like about working at Maryville Data Systems?

"Unfortunately there was no opportunity for professional growth with my department."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I felt that management didn't always fully take advantage of what the education and training department could offer to our clients. IT consulting projects were center stage and training/assessments were more of an afterthought. I truly believe that if management had endorsed the value of training and assessments to our clients, the department might still be alive and well today."
