What don't you like about working at Maryland Transit Administration?
"Management throughout tends to be people who have been here a long time and just get lucky and are given the jobs. Advancement is not necessarily based on knowledge, education, or the desire to be a great asset to the organization. There are major issues of bullying, lying, race and gender favortism etc and when brought to the attention of those higher up it is not dealt with or acknowledged. If you work under a contract for the MTA you are refused any paid time off and are forced to be off holidays with no pay."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would bring in new management and enforce that the environment be pleasant and fair. I would have noligable management that was positive and had set goals for the department."
