However; with almost 50 years of family history and the third generation, much more in terms of operation, culture and vision should be established. If considered loyal and hardworking, you will most likely have a place here as long as you wish. They remain susceptible to economic downturns as they invest in unnecessary capital/overhead expenditures while leaving their vulnerabilities unaddressed. Expect to see a 5-10 year expansion/contraction cycle with no real progress towards the stated goals of the owners."
