"I was asked to come to Martinrea by the plant manager and help fix the issues on the floor. The problem was that no one in management wanted change. they spoke of change, yelled and screamed in board rooms about change, but when it came down to it they didn't want to go through the pain to change. The associates on the floor wanted it very bad and that facility could do great things with all new management."
