"My supervisor was absolutely the worst person I have ever answered to. She would change her mind and not tell you she did and expect you read her mind. I also never received and coaching and was always told to figure it out."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Meet with your people regularly and dont' think your on a pedistol. Practice what you preach and notify your staff when changes occur and don't assume they will just know your thoughts."
