"The working attorneys were excellent. Most of the paralegals were very good too. The managers had technical knowledge but not management knowledge/training."

"As with any position/career, be very careful and weigh your opportunities before selecting this firm. Don't be swayed by the salary alone. Hours can be extremely long. If you know anyone working there, speak with as many people as you can."

What don't you like about working at Law Offices of Marshall C. Watson?

"They handled change by putting out fires, not through careful planning and assessment. There was a high turn over rate for managers. The managers were not properly trained in human resource issues."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Get a true HR consultant and train from the top (all the way from the top) down. Then put it to good use. Do you know how to value your employees"
