What do you like about working at Marsh & McLennan?

"I liked the client and carrier interaction which I currently don't have. I enjoyed my position there, and there was no micro managing, once then knew you could handle the job, they allowed you to run with it."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Be very well prepared. An interview at Marsh could range from a discussion about the industry, to a discussion about pop culture, they expect you to be well versed in both."

What don't you like about working at Marsh & McLennan?

"They (my manager) had the odd habit of putting people on a pedstal that had not generated any revenue, as opposed to all the employees that was generate revenue. Other than that, the department I worked for and Marsh in general is a great company."
