"Be yourself, do your due diligence for the interview and show you know your stuff and a bit more, and let the employer see what exactly you are bringing as part of their corporate structure."

What don't you like about working at Marriott ExecuStay?

"As Chief Engineer, a lot of hours were demanded of me with little attention paid to some monetary compensation. But it came with the territory as an Exempt."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Well, being called at odd hours to Construction Sites and working 25 to 30 hours a week, over the regular 40hrs, could be compensated as a gesture or appreciation. That certainly would be a morale booster."
