"No opportunity for growth either in role or compensation. CEO is too involved with every aspect of the business. Little responsibility or accountability. Taking initiative is not looked upon favorably. No vision, planning or budgets."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Adequacy is the enemy of excellence. The CEO needs to identify the overall strategy and objectives for the business so that each area of the organization can their own objectives, goals, strategies and measurements that align with the company goals. Then give each area the responsibility for achieving their goals and hold them accountable accordingly"
