"The secrecy even with managers the bankruptcy filing was not even told to the managers; all that was said was that they were down sizing."

"There were many error biggest of which was management determination that it did not need a particular vendor; yet not using that vendor helped to bring about the companies failure."

"It was a well respected corporation known for taking great care of their employees and rewarding top performers."
What don't you like about working at H&R Block?
"As income started to fall, the focus on rewarding top employees became a thing of the past. People became petty, always trying to justify their position before the layoffs started. I decided to leave before the ship went down."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"The company closed approximately a year after I left for a new position."
