"I like that I control my own income.And generating leads are fairly easy in the car market."

"The car business is tough so you shouldn't be in it if you don't have thick skin."

"The people and and bosses were great, very insightful and delight to work with"

"Consumer Electronics division makes roughly 45% of the company's sales, focus on CE."

"I wish I could have stayed longer and learned more about marketing"

"With recent moves the company has made without listening to its core base I believe is a mistake."

"I enjoy the great products and services offered by Dillard's."

"Be yourself and have an outgoing/go-getter personality with the ability to provide good customer service."
What don't you like about working at Dillard's?
"I do not like SPH (sales per hour) you must meet or you will actually get a pay cut by a certain percentage. This has no bearing on other tasks not measured by sales such as stock, cleaning, customer care, etc."

"Perhaps a more effective training program and consistent company message to employees would be beneficial."
