"get a *very* clear definition of the timing associated with your career path, and make sure the manager you are reporting to is fully supporting you in it"

What don't you like about working at CME Group?

"my immediate supervisor is ploddingly academic at best, and the head of the department -while he is amusing - is unfocused and can't get the team to behave like a team"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"create a more collaborative environment; make promotions based on accomplishments, not workload and future responsibilities; ban all corporate BS lingo; ditch the MBA-parity junk and try thinking outside the box"
