"There was always opportunities to grow in ways that woould help the company. This in turn, allowed me to always improve and be a valued part of the team. My suggestions were heard and followed up on."

"Do up-to-date research on the company, since the company is always changing. Also be proactive about keeping up with market trends and the vocabulary of the industry."

"The gossip and mean talking of employees to fellow coworkers."

"The management was pretty good when I left. Especially the Human Resources person."

"The excitement of the events which includes meeting celebrities watching race events and especially managing new projects that deal with sponsors."

"There is no room for growth and the not-for-profit organization has caps on your potential income."

"Bringing in weekly teamwork projects so that the entire department enjoys each other and can work together effectively. Also allowing for open suggestions in marketing programs that will be followed through. Communication within the organization is essential."

"Career advancements, family oriented environment, people were great, lots of volunteer programs I joined, 40 hours training per year, and an overall company to work for."

"They like hiring out of college as well as experienced professionals."

"They took a negative turn in financials in 2000 and laid off over 50% of their employees."

"Keep on track by achieving their deadlines, and developing good quality products."
