"I have worked at Marketecture for over 8 months and have been less than impressed. The environment is fun, and the people are friendly. However, the pay is extremely low, about 2/3rds less than the lowest national average, and there are little to no benefits. They don't really do incentives, and have no chance of pay increase."

What do you like about working at Marketecture?

"There is certainly a relaxed feeling at Marketecture, but at the end of the day, people have done serious work. It's an awesome balance between working hard and playing hard, which is almost a cliche for tech companies nowadays."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Be yourself, be personable. Management has learned that they really look for people that can adopt the company's values and vision. Someone who will be happy and fit in is more valuable than an impressive resume."

What don't you like about working at Marketecture?

"Recent growth has been huge, and as a result we are getting a little cramped in our office. Also a consequence of that is sometimes our work loads are a little too intense to squeeze in too many foosball tournaments and we haven't had a harlem shake in the office for a couple of months."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Keep the open communication and the open door policy, it helps level out the office. Keep making it a fun place to be, since this is where I am for most of my waking hours."

"The Executive team here is really stellar and they encourage open discourse with all the employees. Company Luncheons. Pebble ice, and now Dr. Pepper. Great relaxed environment, but everyone is focused on accomplishing their goals."

"Be yourself, don't be afraid to make a joke or admit you like music or video games, they really look for good personality fit."

What don't you like about working at Marketecture?

"Its a little cold in the office. Relatively unknown company, since its so new and has been using white labels with partners."

"Keep on keeping on, the people here really like the way the management manage here."
