"I loved the fact that there were minimal boundaries on what one could do to solve the mission problem - help IBM grow, but I hate the fact that there is little that the VP's could actually do under the 2015 plan. Also other company's don't have this role so it's not transferable to other positions outside the company. Also there is an upper limit on the pay which is less than that of Product Management."
