"I am a woman and the majority of the employees that work here are women as well. There's nothing wrong with women, but I believe it kind of discourages men when they're in a training room full of women and everyone understands the materials but you. Don't get me wrong - everyone here is very sweet and kind. The job does get kind of repetitive, especially if you're mining all day and everyday."
