"Unless you are strong willed and really just want to be a marine, leave the recruiters office and just punch yourself in the face every day when you wake up for 4 years."

"The micromanagement, you are never able to even suggest a better way to do things without being called insubordinate, and every minute of your life on the job or off is controlled and scrutinized."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Take care of the marines better and increase the numbers slightly to afford people a reprieve from long hours in the field."

"I highly enjoyed serving my country and traveling the world to make it a safer place."

"There was nothing I did not like about the Marines. Unfortunately, I got injured and had to retire."
