"The impersonal way corporate does business I am use to working directly with the owners."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"In the 11 years I was at Hinckley they changed the Operation Manager 7 times they need to more stable every time they make a change employee moral and safety goes down."

"If you are Retired Navy you are a shoe in if you have the right rating in Engineering."

What don't you like about working at SAIC?

"AMSEC only deals with the Navy. The paperwork and the bureaucracy can really slow down real labor to a point were it is ludicious."

What do you like about working at Ameri-Force Manpower?

"Its a great company that has great workers that take care of there employees very quickly. They work with there employees with the needs to complete jobs thats given to the person. They have a wonderful party for Christmas that show unity in the company. Overall I enjoyed working for the company."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Be professional, be truthful, be yourself. They have a will put together team. And good luck. I will hire with this company anytime."

What don't you like about working at Ameri-Force Manpower?

"The only probelm that I had with Ameri-Force is the benefits. They don't offer vacation time and with the insurance it don't cover a lot of places that my doctor or dentist is."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"They do a wonderful job as I can see. They get people in to work quickly when they have work."
