"Not much after the new owners took over, everyone was just a number, no more personal relation with the employees that helped grow the business."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Try getting personal with employees and getting to know the peoplke who work for you. Everyone is not replaceable. Less management and more indiams to get the work done."
