"CEO was a nice guy with poor judge of character who hired tech leads who were cartoonishly incompetent and often devoted to software fads and given to compulsive behaviors like endless Git branching for a single feature and, frankly, junior to me. I loved the work,I wrote numerous features and greatly improved web site performance with both better code and better queries. Other developer quit rather than work with thin-skinned tech lead; I kept working but he and I were simply incompatible and the fact that I was better at ASP.NET despite a tenth his experience was something he couldn't live with. I am very proud of the work I did there."
