"The job is not difficult, daily routine and with a wide range of tasks, so that I can touch different requirement and systems. I can solve most problems without any help."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"For entering this company, due to our client are Chinese, knowing Chinese is much better. Our company cares the attitude very much, you show your attitude, the boss will return you. Your professional ability is not that important in this company, senior engineers or developers will train new people when they get in."

What don't you like about working at Marching Technology?

"Big problem in management. The tasks always arrived in the last minute and ask to change the specification at the last day before you publish. Most projects were completed but uses very traditional way to solve due to time manner."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Due to my current position, I will suggest the management to change the whole workflow. Discuss with each other, less meeting and enhance the marketing department. Their decision maker always runs out of the time and comes with bad idea. Besides, due to bad communication for other departments, IT/Dev team received a lot of work with priority marked as ASAP, when all tasks marked as ASAP, it means no priority."
