What don't you like about working at Marathon Oil?

"management was generally NOT communicating effectively with their group. First line supervisors were more interesting in managing their images UP rather than promoting their own managed groups effectively. Those managers tended to alenate themselves and lose sight of their objectives and develp a team."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Do not be so secretive, self-serving clique-ish and non-communicative which defeats the whole team concept."
