"The challenge of a growing company going from an average of $10 million in annual sales to $50 million in only three years. The employees and major stakeholders were great to work with and for."

"Be yourself and tell the truth - don't over or under sell yourself, and if there is a fit - you will enjoy working there."

What don't you like about working at Manufacturing Technology, Inc.?

"There was not much, however when I first started I noticed that the owners did not have a great deal of business background so there were elements in the operation that I requested be updated to new standards or eliminated all together."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Keep doing what you are doing - surrounding yourself with talented people and don't try to fix something marketing / sales wise if it is not broken. However, the manufacturing department needs a good deal of continuous improvement."

"At t he tail end - they brought in a CFO due to their exponential growth, and that changed the entire culture that I had built up in accounting."
