"My career started here at BH Aircraft. I started there as a Precion Shear Operator, promoted as a Pressroom Supervisor, then to Manufacturing Supervisor (Multi-department Foreman)"
What do you like about working at BH Aircraft?
"Their recognition for my achievements. I played a key role in the Expansion of BH Aircraft. Promoted as a very young Manufacturing Supervisor in charge of personnel with mechanical and hydraulic presses up to 750 tons. Excellent safety record and excellent production with no scrap."

"Indicate all experiences and knowledge carefully."
What don't you like about working at BH Aircraft?
"There is nothing."

"They need to think out of the box. Listen and be open to suggestions."

"I was working in the field I like much."

"The only thing that I did not like : I had to start the night shift at 8 PM every Sunday, (I worked on the night shift for 13 continious months)."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I suggested that the supervisor of the 1st shift on monday morning can come earlier than his shift, the same way I was doing on Sunday, so that the the 1st shift can start the work. The reason of that : on the 3rd shift, there were no maintenance personnel, and when any machine or equipment that needs any repair work, then it will wait idle during all the 3rd shift, until maintenance and repair personnel come the morning of next day which is Monday. The down time of some equipment were high."

"The economic downturn was causing the work environment to become negative and pessimistic."
