"I worked in a siloed group that lacked on-boarding training and was not strong with communication ability."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Assess and verify that new managers have the training to work with new staff and take time to answer questions as people are coming on-board."

"Unfortunately with the consolidation underway, new employee interviews is not an option with this company. Otherwise, I would advise potential interviewees to be confident and knowledgeable in the area that they are applying for."
What don't you like about working at Kidde Dual Spectrum?
"Pending consolidation of the Goleta facility to North Carolina with little if any advanced notice."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would have preferred a more open an honest dialog regarding the facility move."
