"I would review my employees abilities and assign projects slightly higher than their capabilities to help them grow. I wouldn't crush them and every idea they present or look down on them because they aren't the same race I am."

"Poor planning on the part of engineering and and the marketing department. We are seldom given enough lead time to develop new processes."

"A few people working there were very abrasive and seemed to care about making themselves look good to management."
