"Great people, poor management if you are all about working with great people this is the place for you. If you want to advance in your career and be able to have creative innovations to add to the company this is not for you."

"1. To dependent on corporation work 2. If work is slow, get stuck on something that is potentially career damaging. 3. Not willing to make products in house for sell, hince the dependent on corporation contracts."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Not everything has to be a paying project at that second, take some time make some sell-able products, where once they are done will always be bringing in money and not need a corp to corp contract.Being a For profit organization doesn't mean you need to be 100% hour for hour contract with another corp. Should be more of an 80/20 percent set up, where the 20 percent could streamline in-house process and/or create sell-able products."

"I wish I was included more in the company and the Mantis employees, not just the Microsoft group."

"Training materials are a MUST. All employees should be treated as employees and included, not separated as a consultant and set aside."
