"Manta is a company that is plagued by bad management and folks who are in leadership positions only because of their length of service, not because they are qualified or want to be in leadership. Nearly all of the upper management has been fired - most of the original VPs are gone, along with the CEO. New leadership could turn things around, except for the fact that the investors are not willing to put any more money into the company, which is sorely needed."
