"I went back into the restaurant industry in 2015. I was a paralegal for over 15 years, but even with a degree the salary in Mississippi for the average paralegal didn’t match up with the cost of living. Upon returning to the restaurant industry I advanced quickly because I was very professional and took my job seriously. I really enjoyed meeting new people on a daily basis. After serving for the restaurant for two years I began managing and handling all offsite catering from planning the event to setting up for the event.
